REACH|TEACH|LOVE International (RTL)
RTL is a 501C3 certified tax-deductible organization that serves the refugee, immigrant, orphan, and widow living in the United States and around the world. RTL began in 2010 as an academic institute. As a university professor, Mark Pfeiffer taught courses on world religions and cultures, training others to effectively interact with those of various religions, cultures, and worldviews. The Apostle Paul said, “I become all things to all people that I might win some.” How can we share the love of God with anyone if we first don’t seek to understand them? Susan Pfeiffer joined RTL in 2016. Subsequently, the work of RTL expanded to include outreach and international service and became a full-time endeavor.
MISSION
Our mission is focused on 3 things…
Reaching, Teaching, and Loving people - all people.
REACH … Extending our hands to help raise up those in need to stand on their own.
TEACH … Helping others to acquire cultural competencies that launch them into becoming fluent cross-cultural ambassadors.
LOVE … Pursuing humanity with truth and unconditional love that endures regardless of circumstance.
How do we Execute our Mission?
Education – We provide critical training to others on worldviews, religions, and cultures other people groups, and we equip volunteers for effective service to those in need.
Activation – We provide outreach opportunities in local communities and abroad so that we may take what we’ve learned and put our “hand to the plow” so to speak, and do what we have learned.
Transformation – When we are educated on how to work with other cultures and activate ourselves in service to others we are privileged to see the dramatic change that inevitably happens in their lives and in ourselves.

We spend 80% of our time locally and 20% internationally providing outreach opportunities to include, but not limited to:

We minister to the spiritual, emotional, and physical needs of orphans, widows, immigrants, and refugees in the U.S. and abroad. Our focus is to train others to join us in serving those needs.
Through this approach, REACH | TEACH| LOVE International helps to remove misconceptions about other cultures and create a bridge where love and respect are exchanged and where learning is equally shared with teaching.
We provide opportunities for ambassadors to extend the love of God to others in a real and meaningful way that impacts the hearts and minds of men and women everywhere. Won't you join us?
